If, after 60 days of regular use, you don’t see any improvement, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for a Refund

Free products are non-refundable.
If your order included free products as part of a promotional offer, the refund will only apply to the amount paid for the main product. - If the refund is approved, the value of the free products will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless they are also returned in perfect condition and unopened.
- Refund requests made before completing the 60-day trial will not be accepted.
- Orders placed with promotional codes or during sales periods are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of defective products.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
