When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time of all orders is 6-12 days. Please reach out if your order has taken longer than this and we will be happy to resolve it for you.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking can take up to a week to update from the day you place an order.
My order says delivered but I have not received it?
Please note orders are sometimes updated before they are physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it.
Can I change the address on my order?
Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.
Why does my bottle/ box look different to the photo?
Our oil is called the Carvenchy Natural Hair Growth Oil. All our customers are receiving our updated packaging/ design.
