-When will I receive my order?

The expected delivery time of all orders is 3-7 days. Please reach out if your order has taken longer than this and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

-Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking can take up to a week to update from the day you place an order. 

-My order says delivered but I have not received it?

Sometimes, carriers update the status as "Delivered" a little early, even if the package hasn’t physically arrived yet.

🔹 What should I do?
Check around your home – Couriers may leave your package in a safe place (porch, mailbox, garage, garden, etc.).
Ask your neighbors – It might have been delivered to a nearby address by mistake.
Wait up to 3 days – In some cases, packages are marked as delivered early but arrive shortly after.

🔹 What if I still can’t find my package?
If you’ve checked everywhere and still can’t locate your package, please contact us. We can also request a delivery photo from the carrier upon request.

-Can I change the address on my order?

Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.
